Corona protection measures
Despite the corona pandemic, we would like to offer you a safe and relaxed visit to the Kolbensattel. For you and us, we have created an operational protection and hygiene concept for operation on the Kolbensattel. The current requirements and requirements of the authorities have been incorporated into the concept. The concept is continuously updated.
Please bring a protective mask - there is an obligation to wear a mask!
Masks are mandatory when entering and exiting the Kolbensattel chairlift. Masks are also required in the waiting area of the Alpine Coasters and when entering the station before departure, as well as in the restaurant on the way from the entrance to the tables and back. All users must disinfect their hands at the designated places. The top priority is to comply with the 1.5 m distance rule between people in all rooms, including the sanitary facilities, as well as when entering and leaving the premises and in hallways, corridors, stairs, and outdoors. This applies to guests and staff. Persons to whom the general contact restriction does not apply to one another do not have to follow the distance rule. Following the hygiene concept for gastronomy, the name and safe accessibility (telephone number or email address or address) of a person per household is recorded to enable contact persons to be identified in the event of a subsequently identified COVID-19 case among guests or staff.
Only children up to the age of six are exempt from the obligation to wear a mouth and nose cover! The masking requirement applies to ALL other people, without exception!
We ask you to observe the protective measures shown: so that you and our employees stay healthy!
We hope you enjoy your stay at the Kolbensattel.
